After installing each CGS Mod-Blocs™ skid, the pre-fabricated and pre-fitted walkways and stairways can typically be installed in a few days.

All pumping, heating, and solution handling are compiled on pre-fabricated skids that either ship connected to the process Mod-Blocs™ , or can be bolted directly to the floor underneath.

The CGS MOD-BLOCS™  system is a revolutionary and efficient way to manufacture and install a gold ADR plant. Our plant comes in several pre-fabricated, prepped and 100 % factory tested CGS Mod-Blocs™.  Each piece is self supporting and can be bolted down with minimal effort.  The system makes any future expansions simple and trouble free.

Installation is limited to bolting each of the main Mod-Blocs™ to the floor, bolting their pipe together and running power cable to the junction box on each unit.
