Each module is self-supporting and can be bolted down with minimal effort. The modular system makes future expansion simple and trouble-free.
Process modules bring the equipment for acid wash, elution, acid circulation, carbon screening, regeneration, storage and quench into a coordinated plant layout.
02 / INTEGRATED SKIDS

Already brought together.
Pumping, heating and solution handling are brought together on prefabricated skids.
The skids either ship connected to the process MOD-BLOCS™ or can be bolted directly to the floor underneath them.
This approach organizes the process equipment into prepared assemblies, keeping the on-site installation focused on positioning and connecting the modules.
03 / SITE INSTALLATION
POSITION · BOLT · CONNECTLess assembly.
A clear installation path.
Installation is limited to positioning and connecting the main modules.

Bolt each of the main MOD-BLOCS™ to the floor.

Bolt the modules’ pipework together.

Run the power cable to the junction box on each unit.

04 / ACCESS & COMPLETION

The finishing connection.
Once the CGS MOD-BLOCS™ skids are installed, the prefabricated, pre-fitted walkways and stairways can typically be installed in a few days.
The access structures are prepared to fit the module layout, completing the plant’s walkways and stair connections.
